Apple’s new “iPad Air” to be announced in October? Cable-less USB-C hub and dock for iPad
Apple is expected to unveil the new iPad series in October but will not hold a presentation, Bloomberg’s noted reporter reported.
Apple will likely not hold a new product launch event for the new iPad Air in October, according to ASCII on September 12. Mark Gurman, a reporter for the U.S. media outlet Bloomberg, said on his podcast program “The MacRumors Show” on September 9. According to him, Apple plans to focus only on the iPhone 15 and the new Apple Watch at the “Wonderlust” special event on September 12, and will not announce the new iPad series.
He said that while updates to the unbranded iPad and the new iPad Air can be expected the following October, the iPad Pro will not be updated until next year, so he expects the new product launch event will not take place.
